Search Queries
A name, birth date, or other term entered in a search tool is transmitted directly to the outside provider operating that tool. The provider processes the request and supplies its results. Arkansas County Warrant Records does not retain or log those query terms on its own systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
Email messages are retained as needed to prepare and deliver a response. They remain within the operating team unless disclosure is required by a valid legal obligation.
Data We Gather Automatically
Ordinary server logs may collect these technical details when a page loads:

- Operating system and device category
- Pages viewed and approximate visit duration
- Referring website, when available
- Date and time associated with page requests
Cookies and Analytics

No Warrant Data on File
Arkansas County Warrant Records does not host, compile, maintain, or sell a warrant database or personal warrant files. It publishes general routing information for Circuit Court, the Arkansas County Circuit Clerk, the four District Court departments, and the Sheriff's selected Most Wanted channel. Arkansas has no public statewide warrant lookup located. Visitor information is not assembled into consumer reports or third-party dossiers, and this site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Outside companies operate the search boxes. Their privacy policies, retention rules, and disclosure practices apply to information submitted through those tools. We do not control those practices, so review the provider's policy before entering a query.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to the Arkansas County Sheriff's Office, Arkansas courts, legal resources, or commercial search services. Once a visitor follows an external link, the destination's privacy policy governs. Review it before providing personal information.
Advertising providers may use their own systems to measure activity across websites and select interest-based ads.

Applicable privacy and consumer-protection laws may provide additional rights. The Arkansas Freedom of Information Act of 1967, Ark. Code Ann. § 25-19-105, governs access to qualifying government records, not visitor data held by this private site. Subject to applicable law, a visitor may:
